- 1 3/4 cups grated mozzarella or add half cheddar
- 3/4 cups almond flour
- 2 tbsp cream cheese
- 1 egg
- pinch of salt
- pinch garlic powder
- liquid smoke optional
- 1 cup special sauce
- 1/2 pound ground beef
- 1 1/2 cups cheddar cheese or combine with mozzarella
- 20 dill pickle slices
- 2 cups iceberg lettuce shredded
Make your pizza crust.
With a hot crust, use the Big Mac Special Sauce as the sauce on your pizza, about 1/2 cup, reserving the rest for the top.
Add cooked ground beef and cheddar cheese.
Put the pizza back in the oven until the cheese has melted, about 5 minutes.
Top your hot pizza with dill pickles, shredded ice berg lettuce, and additional special sauce.
Slice and enjoy.
