Low Carb Cesar Salad Dressing

This is a low carb version of the classic Cesar salad dressing using mayonnaise instead of egg and anchovy paste.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup parmesan fresh, grated
  • 6 tbsp olive oil extra virgin
  • 6 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp anchovy paste
  • 1 tbsp dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp garlic powder

Instructions
 

  • Grate parmesan
  • Squeeze lemon
  • Put all ingredients in a blender or food processor. Blend to combine. Serve.
