Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup of ground up chicharrones pork rinds
  • 1 1/2 cup almond milk unsweetened
  • 1 T butter melted
  • 1/4 t cinnamon
  • Keto sweetener stevia, monkfruit, erythritol

Instructions
 

  • Mash or grind up the pork rinds, set aside.
  • In a bowl, combine almond milk, melted butter, cinnamon, and sweetener.
  • When you are ready to eat, add the pork rinds to the milk blend.
