Zuppa Toscana, Low Carb, One Meal Model
This is a low carb version of the classic Zuppa Toscana and is based on a "one meal a day" model. If you eat more than one meal a day, you will not likely eat this entire serving. :)

- 8 ounces Ground sausage cooked
- 1 quart Beef broth
- 12 ounces Cauliflower frozen
- 1 cup Kale
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1/4 cup cream
- 4 slices bacon
Set aside the cream and bacon to add at the end.
Combine ingredients in a skillet or sauce pan.
Heat on medium heat for about 25 minutes, or until the cauliflower reaches the texture you desire.
When cooked, add cream and bacon to finish.
